Heather Vaughan

I am a yoga instructor residing in Virginia, that has studied integral hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, and Empath yoga. I have been leading teacher trainings to certify new teachers for 6 years. I currently own and teach at a Yoga Studio in the area, as well as give private in-home instruction.  I enjoy yoga, tennis, and running, and connecting with other people.
