Andy McDermott

After graduating from Northwestern University, Andy played professional soccer Bull-Durham style for 7 years. When he and Juice started their family, it was time to get a real job. Andy wears a LOT of different hats, being a husband, dad, cop, actor, model, fitness coach, writer, and speaker. He speaks English, French and Spanish.  His passion is in helping people create habits which become their lifestyle. A lifestyle which lets them look better, feel better, and do better!
