Karen Clifford

Fitness is an important part of my life and my family's lives. Because of this I made a career change 9 years ago to be able to follow my passion and work in the fitness industry. I competed in Women's Figure competitions from 2002 until 2007 and make my personal fitness a priority. I am married with three daughters. I am currently in school pursuing my doctoral degree in Sport Management Leadership. Besides providing nutritional counseling, personal training and teaching group exercise, I also teach sport management course at Corban University in Salem, Oregon.
