Amy Agnew

 I have studied dance since I was a child and have known how to dance various types of latin dances (salsa, meringue, cumbia, reggaeton) since 1990. When I visited Puerto Rico with my closest friend who is Puerto Rican, people thought I was from there because of the skill I have with latin dance. I have performed as a dancer and singer since I was a child in various environments, and therefore feel very comfortable and at ease instructing. Lastly, I have such a strong empathy for others, that I strive in every class to do whatever it takes (facing front or back, breaking down moves, etc) so that students can "get" the moves as best as possible; all the while, really trying to create an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment. I love Zumba!
