Shelley Padilla

Shelley Padilla holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics, a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Dance, and is a 200-Hour Certified Registered Yoga Teacher. In addition to opening Bridgewater Yoga, Shelley is an instructor at Yoga on Main in Frisco, teaches dance at Collin College and Texas Woman’s University, and is a performing member of the contemporary modern dance company Elledanceworks.  Shelley began practicing yoga several years ago in support of her dance career but quickly recognized extraordinary changes in her body, attitude and overall health. Her passion for yoga was realized. Because she had 15 years of experience in teaching movement, Shelley felt it was a natural transition to open her own yoga studio.  Shelley lives with her husband and four children in Allen,Texas.
