I enjoy running, biking, training for races/charity events, and traveling. Les Mills is one of my first loves in the industry, so without question, quarterly workshops and learning new programs or advancing my abilities as an instructor are always a top priority. Teaching Body Pump and Body Flow and creating a life-changing fitness experience for participants is a significant part of my life that has rewarded me both personally and professionally on multiple levels. I enjoy challenging tasks, both physical and mental, and believe that anything worth having takes hard work and commitment. Therefore, becoming the best version of myself and expanding my knowledge is always a “work in progress” on the to-do-list.
