STEPHANIE HARDCASTLE

My name is Stephanie Hardcastle. I am a stay at home military wife and mother of 2 children at home and 1 in the military. I have been an instructor in physical fitness since 2009, certified since 2010.I have always been active but I am very excited to be a part of learning and teaching physical fitness! In my classes I keep it fun and base my focus on core strengthening, alignment, posture, balance and coordination.
