Mary Lincoln

Mary Lincoln has been in the fitness field for over 30 years. She will motivate you for a fun safe, effective workout. In the water my class is challenging and utilizes three different levels of intensity. Whether you are a beginner or an Olympian, you will achieve an invigorating, non-traumatic workout. Ai Chi is a slow stretching,breathing, relaxing exercise offered in the water. On land I will help you to achieve your personal goals by using a Stability ball with weights while you receive one on one attention. I work on balance, stability, and core toning and cardiovascular exercises for an overall FUN workout. I am certified in MELT Method. I also teach yoga - water class.
