I primarily teach hatha and yin yoga, but also teach slow flow vinyasa classes and meditation.   I enjoy teaching private sessions because it allows me to really teach to the individual students' needs, but I also enjoy the energy of larger group classes. In addition to my private clients, I currently teach yin yoga and a yoga/meditation class every week at a yoga studio- Pilates and Yoga Center.

In previous years I have also offered therapeutic yoga, working with clients in therapy offering yoga to support their healing process. In this setting I offered private sessions, small group classes and workshops at the Center for Integrative Counseling and Wellness.  

I completed a 500 hour teacher training program with Sarah Powers (Insight Yoga) in 2018.  This certification focused on yin yoga, mindfulness meditation and yang (flow) yoga. 

In November of 2022 I completed a Reiki Master training at the Heartwood Yoga Institute in Florida.

In my personal practice I enjoy paddleboard yoga as well and in past years have offered paddleboard yoga workshops.
