I have been a personal trainer/group ex instructor for 15 years. My passion is educating and inspiring people to live their healthiest lives. I began my career in fitness as a Taebo instructor. I currently teach spin, cardio kickbox, boxing, outdoor bootcamps, Bosu, DeFINE, TRX, and the DaileyMethod. I also raise mountain bikes at an expert level. I can teach groups of 2-200!
