Jennifer Evans

I began my interest in fitness as an active child and athlete throughout elementary school.  I began my career in fitness as a "Desk Girl" in my hometown's gym.  I quickly rose to the occasion and began to oversee all operations of the "Florence Family Fitness".  My experience there led me to declare a major of "Health and Exercise Science" at The College of New Jersey.  I supported myself through my studies by working as a Personal Trainer and Customer Service Representative at Gold's Gym in Lawrenceville, NJ and Pennington Ewing Athletic Club in Pennington, NJ.  After graduating and working in commercial fitness settings for several years I decided to move my career into the corporate atmosphere.  Over the past 4 years I have worked in various environments, including: News corporations in New Jersey, Insurance in Philadelphia and Finance in New York City.  Through my experiences I have also had the opportunity to travel to Europe, through Ireland, London, Italy and France; as well as Southern Africa and the east coast of the United States.  I hope to further my travel and fitness experience through this program, and encourage any opportunities that may come my way!
