Hi! I am Erica Fonseca, I have a BFA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. My Group Exercise and Personal Training certifications are through AFFA. Spin certification is through Mad Dog Athletics. At Forever Health & Fitness I teach, HEAT, Pulling Your Weight & Night time Spin. My passion for exercise has evolved over the years as I learn and grow through helping others, I am always on the hunt for new tricks and tips to help my members!
