I've been teaching fitness classes for more than 15 years and specialize in teaching kickboxing and a strength and endurance Pilates / yoga fusion called PiYo. I currently teach twice a week and am always current in my certifications and lessons.
Fitness is a passion of mine... a lifestyle. I provide an inviting atmosphere of positivity and welcome everyone of all fitness levels with an encouraging smile. I pride myself in the fact that my classes are often times full and offer something for everyone - men, women, advanced and beginners. I am extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy and rarely miss teaching a class.
