I have loved exercise and fitness since I've been in my teens. I fell in love with spinning when I took a class at canyon ranch spa over 15 years ago. It's because of this love that I decided to become a certified spin instructor! I try and incorporate GREAT music and fun into all my classes. This coupled with postive reinforcement and enthusiasm brings a certain energy to all the classes I teach. It's all about the fun factor and the sweat!!!
