With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, Sarah has developed a reputation for her challenging classes and unique style that develops balance, core-strength, and stamina. Sarah’s positive energy, attention to safe body mechanics, and the driving beats in her carefully mixed playlists are a recipe for success in helping participants attain their fitness goals. Through modifications and deliberate sequencing, Sarah’s classes provide both beginners and seasoned athletes alike a sweat-inducing workout each and every time. Sarah currently teaches Total Body Fusion, Pilates, Core, and Budokon (a yogic martial art) at VIM though she is also certified to teach Kickboxing, Zumba, and Kripalu Yoga. Currently a graduate student at Tufts University, she will be receiving as MS in Nutrition from the Friedman School and an MA in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School in May 2012. She plans to work in the field of health policy post graduation, and continue to teach fitness at every chance she can get.
