Jessica Ross

I am a New Jersey resident currently pursing my M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I received my B.A. in Communication at Rutgers University in Nwe Brunswick New Jersey. 

I am a fitness queen! I love to work out and motivate others to do so as well. My desire to dance as well as stay in shape is what motivated me to become a certified Zumba instructor. Being able to teach a group fitness class, such as Zumba, is probably the most rewarding and priceless experience I can ask for. The feeling I get when I see my fitness groups working extra hard and fighting through intense classes is unexplainable! Even more unexplainable when I see the positive results, such as weight loss and better confidence from my group classes.

I still have so much to learn and experience in the fitness world. I take every opportunity as a stepping stone to furthering and building on my career.
