Hi! I am Leah and I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have been teaching Bodyshaping for the past year, focusing on toning and strength building for men and women. I am an in-home personal trainer, where I coach people towards living healthy, active lives with or without a gym membership. My focus is typically on toning and weight loss as well as creating sustainable lifestyle changes. This summer I am launching my very first kids running and fitness camp for children ages 8-13. I want to be able to teach children that being active can be fun! I am also launching an outdoor circuit training program for adults that will be an intense, interval based, calorie burning experience for all. I currently have a fitness blog at bephyt.com where I post workouts and health/fitness related articles. Even if someone can't afford a trainer, I feel they should have somewhere to go to get advice and motivation. My passion is helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and living life to the fullest! I love being outdoors, whether I'm running, hiking, mountain biking, golfing or playing tennis, if it's sunny, I'm probably doing one of these activities.
