Lisa Fuller

Professor of Teacher Education at Nova Southeastern University and recently certified yoga teacher.  I've been a student of yoga for over ten years and teaching yoga for a year. I currently teach for a boutique yoga studio: The Studio in Weston FL and Grace Art in Dania Beach, FL. I teach multi-style/open level yoga classes.

I utilize asana, pranayama (breath work) and meditation as the skills to  create a physically, mentally and spiritually uplifting experience to inspire and challenge yoga students of all levels.
