Experience
Tammie has been interested in Fitness from an early age. Finding ballet at the age of 6, and later incorporating her love of dance by performing in drill team, she is in love with Movement! Cross training for over 20 years, Tammie bringsa practice what she preaches approach to her clients. You can bet she will be right there along side you on that 5k run or Century Bike Ride.
