I have been teaching group exericse classes since 1998 and personal training since 2000. I have worked for large and small health clubs, as well as own a training business. Currently, I am teaching group exercise classes at the YMCA, Koru Fitness, and Three Rivers Fitness. I teach Pilates, Bodypump, Bodycombat, BodyFlow, CXWORX, Les Mills Grit, Tabata, R.I.P.P.E.D., TurboKick, Hip Hop Hustle, Zumba, Group Cycling and Yoga. I have taught Step in the past and other traditional strength and circuit classes.
My clients vary in all ages and abilities. Some clients do pilates reformer training with me and others do general fitness training with various goals. I also coach my clients in nutrition and journaling.
I absolutely love my job! I enjoy helping people feel better about themselves, inside and out. Working with people one-on-one or in a group is equally rewarding for me. Sharing my passion for fitness has allowed me to meet some amazing people who have also helped me grow in many areas.
