I have been involved in athletics all of my life, including baseball, wrestling, football, and track.  With my competitive years past, I enjoy designing and developing workouts for student-athletes as well as adults.  This is in addition to my workouts four to five times a week, including weight training and a variety of cardiovascular exercises.
