College educated and corporate careered, I always loved fitness.  I received my first AFAA certification in the late '80's and haven't stopped since!

Fitness is my way of life, passion, and for the last 9 years my full time / part time career.  I teach just about every format or proramming offered in Hi/Lo cardio, Kick box, Boot Camps, Interval, Strength, Yoga Fushion,Stretch/Pilates, Step,Circuit and Indoor Cycling.

Married 15 years this June to my husband, Paul.  We have lived in Colts Neck for almost 11 years with our three children...Micky 11, Matteo 8, Caroleena 5.It's a wonderful area of New Jersey and we are readily and actively involved in our town, community, and schools. 

My position in fitness became very visible and rewarding as my presence in town grew. The word of mouth referrals to my excellent exeuction of exercise, dynamic personality, commitment to helping others put me in a leadership role.  Making group fitness, small group training, and personal training fun, safe, & effective is always my priority. Offering classes that are highly engaged, being professional, positive, connecting to all the members with a smile, name, and personal touch is paramount. 

Remembering why I'm a GFI and who I am there for in my class environments makes me accountable for every class/training I do.  I am very blessed and fortunate to be able to do something I truly love!
