I have been instructing group fitness classes since 2005 and started in South Dakota where I taught many fitness classes at a family owned gym such as Pilates, TurboKick, an abdominal and lower body class, cardio and strength class, as well as step aerobics. After moving to Minneapolis I started Life Time in December of 2010. I teach Cardio Kickbox, Total Strength and Cardio Conditioning, Basic Strength, Core Conditioning, Yoga Sclupt as well as Fitness Pilates. I weakly teach an average of 9 classes a week. I truly have a passion for helping people meet their health and fitness goals and making their gym experience fun and personable.
