Having been an athlete since the age of 10 and playing waterpolo nationally representing Québec, I have always been a fitness enthusiast. As a personal trainer I aim to adapt all training techniques to the individuals goals and needs and strive to put as much variety into workouts as possible. The human body adapts quickly and needs to be challenged in different, exciting ways. I love to prove to my clients that they are capable of accomplishing their goals and pushing the limits.
I have been certified as a personal trainer for 2 years now and have worked alongside the YMCA's of Québec helping the members exercise safely and efficiently. I also do personal training at client's homes or in parks using many different training tools including TRX, stability balls, etc.
