For over two decades, I have been fortunate enough to be in a position to share my passion for fitness with both the general population and those undergoing rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal and neurological problems!! I started as a member, grew into an instructor, broadened my horizons to not only aerobics, but to yoga and pilates and currently am a coordinator of two group exercise programs in North Carolina. I thoroughly enjoy the change in attitude and happiness I see in members who find a way to make fitness part of their life.
