Kasandra DeFrieze

My name is Kasandra DeFrieze and I have been teaching Zumba both independently and at a facility for 2 and a half years. I love watching people learn to love Fitness through my Zumba classes. My favorite day is when I see an introverted personality come out of its shell at the sound of my music. I have a passion for the fitness industry and think it is very important to live an active lifestyle. I also understand the importance of being a person of understanding in the fitness field and being emotional available to a person with different fitness goals than my own.
