Christine Hansen

Exercise has always been a huge part of my life.  As an Account Manager with Xerox Corporation in the early 80's, I began teaching classes in the evenings at The Houstonian (residence of George H.W. Bush) where I trained many celebrities and secret service agents.  After moving to Atlanta and deciding to spend more time with my 3 young children, I continued to teach group fitness classes at The Ravina Club and The Sporting Club (now Midtown Club at Windy Hill)--both exclusive clubs in the Atlanta area.  Due to my husband's position, we were transferred for a brief time to Tampa, FL and then back to Atlanta where I secured a position at LA Fitness and Midtown Club.  Gradually I aquired my Personal Training certification and many other formats to position myself for success.  I have just recently aquired my Corporate Wellness Certification and I am currently studying to achieve my Stress Management Coaching certification.  My classes are VERY high energy and I like to make sure that they are always a lot of fun.
