LENORE KAISER

Hello! My name is Lenore Kaiser.      I live in San Antonio, Texas.  I've spent the past 21-years providing fitness classes to a local gym's members.   I specialize (CEC) in combo or variety classes that incorporate weight training and cardio in group exercise but can teach strictly step, floor, weight training classes.  For the past 10-years, I've actively been a fitness competitor and for the past 15-years I've owned a very well established corporate health and wellness program company that provides wellness programs to South Texas companies through their insurance.  Programs include health and wellness fairs, wellness lectures, corporate chair massage days, B-12 shot clinics, biometric screenings, blood work, flu shots, fitness programs, health assessments, and more!  I love what I do! 

Working for myself gives me the opportunity to make my own schedule and I heard about your program.  This is ideal for someone like me since I don't have any ties such as children to worry about.  I look forward to hearing from your organization!
