I am a mother of 3 who has battled her weight for my entire life. After having baby #3, I finally decided to get serious about my health, and in turn, my fitness. I started walking on the treadmill, but it wasn't until I took group exercise classes that I found real weight loss results and wanted to inspire others to find something that they, too, found to be excited about.
I enjoy teaching and am able to bring a realistic viewpoint to others. "Been there, done that" kind of mentality. I am able to offer participants modifications for their fitness level, as well as easy at-home or gym take-aways to keep them motivated and on the right path.
