My name is Alycia Post, and I am a newly certified Zumba instructor. I have been practicing Zumba for 2 years now, and I love it!! I am a high energy, fun spirited person. I live in Vermont with my wonderful husband, and two daughters Holly, and Ivy. I'm looking for ways to spread my enthusiasm for Zumba ;-)
