I have always been interested in physical fitness, taking classes in whatever was popular at the time. I was a runner for many years. In 2007 I took a yoga class and knew immediately this was my path. A year later I enrolled in teacher training and began a llife long journey. Yoga has transformed my life. I never intended to teach, but was so passionate about how yoga had helped me that I wanted to share my experience with others.
I now teach a minimum of eight classes a week of all levels; beginner/chair/therapy yoga to power yoga.
I'm as excited about the benefits of yoga today as I was In 2007. Yoga is for every-body, every-mind, and every-spirit whether it's a gentle or vigorous approach.
