Adrienne Fairwell

I am a certified primary group fitness instructor, personal trainer and BTS/LMI instructor. I have been teaching various formats including Step, Kickboxing, Hi-Lo and Cardio Intervals (Bootcamp) for NINE years, but have been actually certified since early 2003. Since that time I've become a certified Body Pump and Group Power instructor which are both 60-minute pre-choreographed barbell/plate weight lifting classes but offered under differing companies. I also teach aqua and Cycle Reebok classes two days per week. As a passionate fitness professional I pride myself on attending a variety of workshops throughout the year to stay abreast of current and changing trends within the fitness industry. I've attended workshops offered through AFAA, IFPA and IFTA and was able to walk away with very valuable information.
