I consider myself a fitness enthusiast who enjoys taking a variety of classes around NYC and during vacation. I have also worked with a personal trainer for four years. After witnessing first hand the benefits of exercise and a healthy diet can have on a person's life, I got certified as a Group Fitness Instructuor by the Aerobics and Fitness Association this past September.
I currently teach Ultimate Conditioning, a total body workout consisting of cardio and weight training intervals at the Paris Health Club. I have been teaching since October 2011.
