I have been dancing since I was four years old.  I love dance - I love music!  I love the way it makes others feel when I share with them!  We have a blast in Zumba class - sometimes laughing out loud as we mix and match old and new routines.  I have recently added R.I.P.P.E.D. (Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet and Nutrition) into my curriculum.  Many of my dearest friends have lost from 25 to 90 pounds working out together, sharing "green smoothie" recipes, etc. :).  

On a more serious note ...   How does my martial arts training fit in?  Self defense is a very important skill for anyone.  In today's world we should be prepared, aware of our surroundings and ready to protect ourselves and our loved ones.  Men, women, young adults and even children benefit from my self defense classes.  We become aware of how "not to become a target", then we actually practice different grabs and releases using Hapkaido and Tae Kwan Do techniques.  In our childrens' classes they play fun games integrating the principles of protection they have learned in class.  This training is a self confidence booster for anyone!
