I teach hi/lo, step, Spin, mat science, strength, Body Pump, Zumba. I have been teaching since high school and love it. I have wonderful husband and children. I own a fitness studio, that was conceived and started because of my large number of zumba participants in the gyms that wanted zumba more times a day, everyday.
