Kimberly Beard

I have always been interested in the fitness field, and recently began living my dream. I recieved my Group Fitness Certification a year ago, and have been going strong since. I am a mom of 4, happily married, and am a very young 42 year old. i believe fitness, being active, keeps people young at heart. Being active keeps us healthy, smiling and much happier. I enjoy my classes and the people in them...and knowing I, in some small way, am helping to make their lives a little better.
