Jennifer Duncan

Since my university days, I have loved participating in group fitness classes and working out with others in a group setting. In 2003, while working as an engineer, I started teaching fitness classes in the company's gym and loved it. In fact, I loved it much more than my engineering job. After the birth of my daughter in 2009, I decided to resign from engineering to focus on my family. This also allowed me to focus on my passion of teaching fitness. I've taught kickboxing, aerobics, strength resistance, Zumba, Kid's Zumba and stability ball classes. I love teaching group fitness because it's so much fun, the members in my classes are amazing and I love knowing that I contribute to helping people reach their fitness goals. In 2020, I completed my 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training and have added teaching yoga to my fitness repertoire.

In 2018, I was recognized as one of the Top 500 associates (out of over 10,000 associates) at Goodlife Fitness.
