After having a life-long battle with food and being overweight, Keyona Ham took on learning how to eat properly, exercise and have a healthier life.  She is dedicated to continue learning and helping others achieve their health goals to ensure quality of life as we age.

Keyona’s focuses her energy on helping her students understand:

            Helping clients understand food labels

            Reducing refined sugars in diet and increasing fruits and vegetables

            Food as medicine; eating clean
