Kimberly Taylor

         Kim is so excited to unite her passions of teaching and fitness in her career as a master trainer for Qignition and a group exercise instructor.  Kim has rekindled her love of dance in teaching some of the most popular dance-based fitness classes today.  Kim loves to teach the Masala Bhangra Workout, which combines the glitz and glamour of Bollywood with powerful moves inspired from Bhangra, a folkdance from the Punjab area, for an exhilarating dance-based cardio workout that virtually anyone can do. 

        As a master trainer for QiDance, Kim not only trains future QiDance instructors, she gives QiDance experience classes, or master classes, that are choreographed by some of the leaders in the dance fitness industry.  Kim also teaches many forms of Zumba.  Though basic Zumba is the most popular form of Zumba in New York City at the moment, Kim also loves to teach Aqua Zumba and the new Zumba Sentao program whenever and wherever she can.  Kim has been fortunate enough to be featured in an upcoming Masala Bhangra Workout video called Power Bhangra.  She has also been featured on Good Morning America and the Today show.  Kim is very excited to be on stage with Masala Bhangra Workout creator Sarina Jain for SELF Workout in the Park in Central Park for the second year in a row.  Kim believes that there is a dancer in all of us, and all we have to do is to get up and move to the music!!!!!!!
