Hey y'all! 

I'm an empty nester from Texas who LOVES wine, food, and fitness! I am the proud mom of a UT graduate who now resides in Germany as a video game producer. I've been married for for 28 years and love spending time with my family and friends.

I work for two different studios currently and when I'm not teaching, you can find me in the kitchen whipping up nutritious meals and teaching my clients how to eat nutritious food for a healthy life. 

My husband and I are total wine nerds and vacation in the wine country annually. We also host wine tastings and wine dinners in our home. 

I enjoy being outside, gardening, reading and playing with my terriers. 

My past experience as a dancer, gymnast, cheerleader etc. lead me into the fabulous career and has kept me motivated to help others be as healthy and as happy as possible.
