Leora Morris

Having danced all my life, spent three years doing movement training in theatre school, and having completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, I bring a lot to all the classes I teach.  I am meticulous about alignment and form, am an inspiring leader and team player, and have an infectious spirit when it comes to exercise.  I love teaching small and large groups, especially doing circuits and using resistance bands and body weight exercises.  I love playing great music!
