Gina Nederostek

I have been in the health/ fitness field most if my life. I am a registered radioligic technologist as well as a fitness professional. I absolutely love exercise and believe that anyone can get fit and healthy, as long as they are dedicated and determined. I have 2 children, and was 200 pounds after each of them. I am now in the best shape of my life, and getting ready to compete in my first figure competition. I know what it is like to be heavy, and I know what it takes to get it off. I love to help people and I love being in the fitness field. This is what I truly love to do.
