Jackie Ruderman

dJacquie Ruderman has studied and practiced yoga for over 14 years.  After completing a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification through Lotus Yoga in Montclair, NJ, Jacquie is certified to teach a diverse set of yoga classes, ranging from a vigorous and lively Vinyasa flow to an Iyengar influenced restorative class. She also is certified to teach children's yoga and pre-natal yoga. A highly sought after teacher, Jacquie strives to inspire her students through contemporary and uplifting music, creative and thoughtful sequencing, and proper breathing techniques. Jacquie infuses her classes with Buddhist influenced stories, and her gentle and warm demeanor encourage students of all levels. Her ultimate goal is help each individual connect to their own inner teacher by providing them with an inspiring and motivational yoga experience. Jacquie has also developed a unique practice tailored just for kids, including children with special needs.
