Ashley Keefe

I am a student at heart. Always inquisitive, and driven by curiosity, I enjoy posing questions and celebrating the wisdom that can come from contemplation. It is my passion for learning that brought me to yoga over ten years ago and continues to fuel my practice on a daily basis.   I did my first teacher training five years ago and in 2008, I opened my first Moksha Yoga studio in Waterloo, Ontario.   Seeing the community in Waterloo grow was and continues to be such an inspiration, so much so that I opened a second studio last year in Cambridge, Ontario.  I teach anywhere from 5-12 classes per week between both studios and I feel so grateful to be able to wake up everyday and call this my work.  I truly believe that the practice of yoga can bring more ease into our lives and my intention through teaching is to continue to offer that to my students.
