Jennifer Koscelnik

I'm transitioning from a life with "a job" to a career in fitness and athletics that I'll love and enjoy waking up to each morning. "Move for fun; move for life!" This is my philosophy on physical activity. I believe you need to find something you enjoy doing in order to ensure you’ll do it throughout your life. Be it group exercise classes at the gym or recreation center, cycling, hiking, running, or competitive sports, doing what you love to do will keep you motivated to keep on moving. It doesn’t have to be fancy, coordinated or expensive - the important thing is just to be doing something. Here in the front range of Colorado, we are fortunate to have the outdoors as our fitness center. There’s no membership fee required, and it’s open 24/7.

My objective as a movement practitioner is to help people find that which they enjoy doing, and create a personal program around it that will provide balance and health of the body, mind and soul. These days, people are always on the go, and stress levels are increasing along with waist lines. Participating in an enjoyable activity can help relieve stress, increase fitness, and restore balance in life

A lifelong athlete and avid outdoors woman – cycling, triathlon, hiking, snowshoeing, softball, and backpacking. Little League Umpire and softball coach.
