 Hello Hello Everyone,

My name is Cynthia (Cindy) Shafer and I was born and raised in a small town in Ohio.  After graduating high school I joined the military and found my passion for fittness!!

After years of Physical Education in the military and being a member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) with specialty in Group exercise classes, I have found a passion for Zumba Fittness!!!

I love Zumba Fitness classes for its energy, the fun, the music and the new friendships created!  It feels so much like a fun dance party, you don't even realize you are working out! I invite you to come join the party! :)

And, while at one of my parties, you will notice two boys rocking right beside me.  I'm a single parent and being able to share Zumba with them has been such a blessing!!  It has opened the boys imagination and my youngest child is ADHD.  And, Zumba Fittness has helped him pay attention longer and even create some amazing choreography!!  And, he's only eight years old.  So, as you can see, one of the great thing abouts about Zumba fittness is that it offers classes for all ages!!  So, bring your family out to a Zumba Party!! 

As a Zumba Instructor, I am always booking new locations for Basics 1, Zumba Toning, and Aqua Zumba!!!! :) I'm currently covering a 40 mile radius around Fort Wayne, IN.  And, starting to tour internationally!!
