Meredith Stewart has long been focused on healthy living through daily exercise and a healthy, yet, tasty, diet. She is passionate about teaching and empowering her clients to live healthier lifestyles. As a Biology major at The University of Alabama, she learned the benefits of a healthy lifestyle from the inside out. Her interests led her to obtain a Personal Training Certificate in 2000 and add a Weight Management Certificate in 2003. She has been working with clients ever since, both in homes and in gyms, to revamp their lifestyles to achieve true wellness. She danced professionally with Jeanne Ruddy Dance in Philadelphia and was also the Assistant Wellness Director at the Main Line YMCA. Her movement background makes her especially prone to promote yoga and Pilates as foundations for true strength.
