Professionally, I am very driven and passionate. My position as Wellness Supervisor was created when our center had an expansion. Due to my hardwork, background and drive, I was given the position without considering any other candidates. I manage our partnership with a local hospital group, Trihealth, oversee our Post Rehab program; created a Clinical Exercise program; manage our in-house massage; run the fitness floor that has over 65 pieces of cardio and 40 strength pieces; run teh personal training program which has grown in revenue over 300%; am committee chair of LIve Well in Mason - a wellness initiative between the City of Mason and Trihealth offering free or low-cost wellness programming to the community including wellness fairs, speakers and events; orgranized and created an indoor triathlon (3 years), 5K Run event (2 years) and created the Great Mason Chase that will launch this summer - a cross between Amazing Race and a scavenger hunt. I have helped create many classes and programs for the fitness end as well including launching a Biggest Loser Challenge (Empowered to Lose Big), TRX classes, a summer wellness Passport Challenge, and much more.
