In 1992, I began my fitness journey. As time evolved, it was clear to me that by nature and spirit I was to be a leader. Over the years, I street studied strong and weak instructors and what made them so. After my study and fitness certification, I founded my platform on the following: 1) come into the session with a strong energy. Energy breeds energy. 2) choose to be positive and focus on silver linings 3) we are stronger than we think 4) why should we exercise ? Because we can. 4) you can do a few more reps of anything 5) the last quarter is where the tough get tougher. 6). We are alive and well. Breathe it in.
