Darlene Bink

Over the past 15 years, Darlene has experienced many teachings styles that have allowed her rhythmic Yoga style to bloom!   She is greatly influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, Erich Schiffmann, and Angela Farmer.  Darlene’s teaching style and personal practice are based on listening and being guided from within.  She teaches a playful and fluid approach to Yoga, emphasizing ease, gravity, lightness, and freedom.  Exploration, creativity, humor, andmindfulness are also a part of her approach. She believes that a Yoga practice can open your heart allowing your authentic nature to surface, thus allowing you to “live your Yoga.”   Darlene teaches classes in Columbus, GA and workshops both nationally and internationally.  She continues to study with Erich and is grateful for the opportunity to assist him at workshops on occasion.  To read more about Darlene, please visit her website: www.yogafromthegroundup.com.
